The railing looks beautiful. The quality is exceptional and the color is perfect. It completes the look for our staircase!
I absolutely LOVE my White Oak Handrail from Hutcheson Design Company! From start to finish, this has been an outstanding experience, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
First, a special shout-out to Matt, who was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. He promptly answered all my questions and even arranged for a sample before I purchased, allowing me to feel confident in my decision. What impressed me most was their willingness to accommodate my needs by making a custom size that wasn't even offered in their standard ordering specifications. That kind of personal attention and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated!
The handrail itself is beautiful, solid, and exceptionally well made. My contractor was very impressed with the quality, too! Because I ordered an extra-long handrail, he needed to join the sections together, and the provided screws and instructions made the process straightforward and easy. Installation went smoothly, and the finished result looks fantastic!
It's refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in its craftsmanship while genuinely caring about its customers. Matt and Hill, have built something special with Hutcheson Design Company, and it shows in both the quality of their product and the personal service they provide.
If you're considering a White Oak Handrail, I wholeheartedly recommend Hutcheson Design Company! You can feel confident that you'll receive a beautiful, well-crafted product and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely buy from them again without hesitation.
Five stars all the way! Thank you, Matt & Hill, for making this such a wonderful experience!
Beautiful railing! Such a huge upgrade from the basic builder-grade handrail we had
