The entire process of having my custom handrail made was absolutely seamless! Matt was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and always answered my questions promptly.
He even allowed me to pick the finished piece up directly from his factory and took the time to wrap it carefully and make sure it was perfectly protected for the drive home.
And the finished handrail is absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship is phenomenal, and the piece of wood Matt selected is gorgeous. You can really see the quality and attention to detail that went into making it.

Beautiful custom walnut fireplace mantel!!! The team at Hutcheson Design was fabulous! They responded right away to my questions and went above and beyond to help me choose the wood grain and stain. They even customized the size to fit my fireplace. The delivery was as scheduled and the packaging was awesome. Easy install with great directions provided! I would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this mantel! I purchased the unfinished wood version so I could customize it myself, and I’m so glad I did. I was able to stain it to the exact color I wanted, and it turned out beautifully. The quality is great, and it completely elevated the look of our fireplace. I love that buying it unfinished gave me the flexibility to get the perfect finish for our space. Highly recommend!

Ordered two custom handrails (60" and 120") w/ Rubio Monocoat-Almond stain for new interior stairwell. Process was easy, instructions were clear, and the final product was perfect.

The handrails are beautiful. The shape was exactly what we were looking for and the stain color is perfect. We replaced the builder grade round while handrail with these and couldn't be happier.
Bought a new house that came with crappy builders grade pine handrails for the staircase. Utilized this opportunity to upgrade to solid one-piece Walnut for both stair handrails. Both turned out nice, shipped quickly and securely.
